Trainer Janet Rahn began working with dogs at the age of sixteen and entered the realm of professional training when she opened her first business in 1985. Since then, Janet and her dogs have achieved huge success, accruing national titles in agility and dock diving. They have also performed on various local and national television programs including The Late Show with David Letterman. As a devoted animal lover and advocate for positive training methods, Janet travels across the country sharing her passion for dogs and entertaining audiences everywhere as part of the Purina Incredible Dog Team.

Janet's entourage includes four Border Collies and one Staffordshire Bull Terrier that perform acrobatic freestyle flying disc routines all around the country. 5-year-old Switch, the oldest of the bunch, is a rescue dog whose tremendous work ethic allows her to excel in agility competitions. Smarty, a 3-year-old, is an old soul trapped in a young dog's body. True to his name, Smarty hates being wrong, and this drives him to tackle any challenge that Janet sets in his path. Surge is a 3-year-old speed demon who loves water… almost as much as he loves human affection. Pip, a 1-year-old rescue, utilizes her natural jumping instincts to leap off of Janet's back and snag flying discs in the air. Tex, the lone Staffordshire Bull Terrier and youngest of the group, is a 9-month-old who has proven to be a quick learner at freestyle tricks. Through performances with her canine team, Janet tries to show owners how, with love and training, they can harness their dogs' natural instincts to achieve extraordinary results.

When Janet is not traveling across the country performing at pet shows and competitions, she enjoys riding horses, traveling to Costa Rica, and spending time at home with the numerous animals on her farm. She also donates her time to Morningstar Animal Rescue where she helps abandoned animals find forever homes.
